The Knoxville Office of Disability Adjudication and Review called today to schedule two more disability cases for hearings. Both hearings will be in April 2007. Both of my clients live in East Tennessee.
The hearing Requests were filed in September 2005. Currently cases are being heard 19 months after hearing requests are filed.
