The Office of Disability Adjudication and Review here in Knoxville has really been on the ball, scheduling lots of cases lately.
Joe and I have ten cases currently scheduled for hearing, eight in Knoxville. All of these cases are for folks whose Social Security Disability files arrived at the ODAR in August or September 2005.
